If there is one thing that sets us apart from every other restaurant in the area it is our humility and customer focus. Our historic restaurant "Il Ristorante di Bayon" has changed management a few times lately, but today Alberto is at the reins. Originally from the Po Valley, his humility and desire to do things are leading him on the road to success.

In every single ingredient, we seek the highest quality, the traceability of its origin and the entire supply chain behind it. We favor local products and reduce our impact on the environment by sourcing from local shops.

SEASONALITY

Every product that leaves our kitchen must be seasonal. This is to respect the climate, the product itself and the customer himself. We do not want to offer dishes with products that have been created out of their original season, out of respect for everyone.

HOSPITALITY

In addition to everything we have listed we want you to feel at home with us. Food and environment should make you feel good and at peace with yourself. This is why we do what we do, for the simple pleasure of doing it!
